Expert Design

Dynatec has over 10 years experience designing biological systems for MBR in the most difficult applications.  Dynatec has completed projects for sanitary wastewater with nitrogen and phosphorus removal to very low levels, difficult to treat landfill leachates, and numerous industrial wastewaters.  When it comes to the biological design of difficult to treat wastewater, Dynatec relies on its experience and lessons learned its many biological treatment projects to ensure a proper design that works.

Dynatec uses the most up to date biological design tools and simulation software to ensure that its systems are being designed properly.  Dynatec's experience and expert design allows us to provide a guarantee on our biological designs where needed. 

Proven Results

With around 50 operating biological systems in many difficult applications, Dynatec is proud to say that all of them meet their permit limits.  Many systems produce much better water quality than is required.

Anaerobic MBR

Dynatec is an innovator in the relatively new area of Anaerobic MBR.  For especially high strength wastes, Anaerobic MBR can reduce the organic loading before other polishing steps such as reverse osmosis, or an aerobic MBR system.  Dynatec's membrane systems are an excellent option when considering anaerobic treatment, offering significant advantages over conventional anaerobic solid liquid separation or submerged membrane systems.
